e-Learning Day 1 - HCL

With the newly posted e-learning homework on the Google Site, I'm going to constantly update this blog with help for the tasks.

Okay, for HCL students:

A passage is given to you, and hence, you would need to use photo booth to record yourself reading it, and send it to sstjamie.104cl@blogger.com and it would be posted up on the class HCL blog. 

And here is the passage: 

《照亮别人》

　　一位双目失明的阿婆，一直住在小镇郊外的木屋里。一天，她带着多年的积蓄到镇上去找电器行的老板，要求在自家屋外的路上装几盏路灯。

　　“装路灯？”电器行老板呆住了,心想：“你又看不见，装路灯干嘛？”

　　“是的，装路灯。我虽然看不见，可也知道郊外的道路不好走，尤其在我家屋外，没有路灯，路面又凹凸不平。使用这条路的人越来越多。为了方便路人，你来安装几盏路灯吧。相信我的积蓄足够应付这笔费用。”

　　看着这位乐善好施的阿婆，电器行老板很受感动。他决定只收那几盏灯的本钱，并且免费为阿婆装路灯。

　　双目失明的阿婆要装路灯的消息很快传遍了整个小镇。她的善心感染了镇上所有的人。大家纷纷主动捐钱，为镇上的偏僻角落装上路灯，有些甚至出钱铺路，让大家走在路上更安全。

　　阿婆家屋外的路灯亮了起来，路面也平坦了。双目失明的阿婆做梦也没想到，她小小的一点善心，既照亮了整个小镇，也点亮了人心。

Remember, this assignment is in your end-of-year results, so please do it well.

The subject name of the email should be: 活动（1）－［姓名］ e.g. 活动（1）－金文泰

If the video cannot be put onto the blog via email, upload it to YouTube and email the YouTube link instead.

For the second part, you are required to record a one-sided conversation on Photobooth based on the following topic:

“报章报道，越来越多孤苦伶仃的老人没有人照顾。” 听了这则新闻，你有什么看法？

Do the same thing as the first task, just change the subject name to  活动（2）－［姓名］
