EXAMS

Instructions to Candidates:

1. Candidates are to report to school as usual by 0740 for Flag-raising, except on 10

and 17 October 2011 (Monday) where the reporting time is 0840. Attendance will

be taken by the Form teachers.

2. Candidates may be excused from sitting a paper only with the presentation of a

formal medical certificate specifying the nature of illness/medical condition, or for

other reasons acceptable by the School. Please call the General Office (tel: 6571

7200) to report your absence before 0715. Candidates who are absent for any

paper without an acceptable reason will receive zero mark for that paper.

3. It is the responsibility of candidates to ensure that they do not possess unauthorized

materials during the Examinations. Candidates caught with incriminating evidence

will be presumed to have cheated or to have attempted to cheat. Those caught

cheating will receive zero mark for the paper.

4. The venue of the Exams will be the respective classrooms and candidates are to sit

according to register number.

5. Writing paper will be provided during the End of Year Examinations.

6. The dismissal time for all days will be after the last paper.

7. For students who are taking their Mother Tongue Language lessons outside school,

you may leave after the first paper on 10, 17 and 20 October.
